Board and Leadership Development

Orientation for synagogue boards and development of current and future leadership is a critical component of the successful congregation.  The Southeast Region has developed several workshops and seminars, on a variety of topics, which can be presented with your board.

Our Regional Director, Harry Silverman, has been conducting synagogue leadership seminars for over 25 years.  He has hundreds of hours experience and has presented these seminars at Conservative congregations throughout North America.  He will tailor one or more sessions to meet the specific needs of your congregation and your board.

Sessions can be arranged as a part of your regular board meeting, as a stand-alone morning, evening, or evening workshop, a full-day seminar, or, if needed on on-going series. Click here for details.
